It's important to note that there is no universal grading system for hair extensions, as the industry is largely unregulated. Each supplier uses their own system, which may vary in meaning and quality. At Nellie’s Hair Emporium, we offer Infinitude Hair Extensions in three distinct grades to cater to different preferences and budgets. Here’s a breakdown of each:
Premium Remy
Premium Remy hair is of superior quality, made from 100% human hair sourced from multiple donors. Unlike Classic Remy, this hair undergoes minimal processing, preserving its natural strength and shine. The donors of this hair are typically younger, and it goes through an enhanced colouring and treatment process to ensure it maintains its vibrancy. With proper care, Premium Remy hair extensions can last anywhere from 6 months to over a year.
Classic Remy
Classic Remy hair is processed human hair that represents medium-grade quality. Sourced from multiple donors, this hair has undergone significant processing and is typically collected from older individuals. The hair is pre-coloured and treated, so we do not recommend further chemical processing, as it may lead to damage or inconsistencies. With proper care, Classic Remy extensions can last 1 to 3 months, making them a cost-effective option for temporary wear.
Virgin Remy
Virgin Remy hair is the highest quality hair available. Sourced from a single donor, this hair is completely unprocessed and free from any chemical treatments. It maintains its natural integrity, making it the most durable and versatile option. With the best care, Virgin Remy hair can last 6 to 8 months or even longer, offering a luxurious, long-lasting solution for premium extensions.
